The complete AstrologerAI experience — every screen, prompt, reading template, and piece of guidance copy — was translated in one pass: 6,253,685 tokens across 4,653 OpenAI requests, for a total spend of $58.73. No subscription, no per-seat TMS pricing — one upload, one payment, one download.

The challenge

Astrology has an enormous, overwhelmingly non-English audience — readers in Brazil, India, Indonesia, Spain, Turkey, and dozens of other markets search for horoscopes and birth-chart readings in their own language every day. A person looking in Portuguese for “horóscopo do dia” or in Hindi for “कुंडली विश्लेषण” wants an app that speaks to them, not a translated afterthought. An English-only experience simply never reaches most of them.

But AstrologerAI is a large app: thousands of strings spanning UI, onboarding, and long-form reading templates, all with interpolation placeholders that had to survive translation intact. Hand-translating that into 52 languages, or paying a recurring translation-management subscription to do it, was never realistic for a lean product team.
